You know it’s a good day when a provider embraces more way to get their product to their customer, but doing it all in the house is kind of redundant and boring after a while isn’t it? Instead of watch TWC cable on my 42-inch television, I can watch it on my 10-inch iPad or my 4-inch iPhone (Hooray!). Does it really look better on a smaller screen in your house? I think more likely it’s a giant neck ache waiting to happen. I am not anti streaming by any means, only in the house. I might be spoiled though, since I have been streaming to my iPhone for over a year now using my sling adapter. It allows me to stream all my live subscribed channel and recorded shows to my iPhone no matter where I am, giving me my TV everywhere. I feel for subscribers that can only stream in the house, and working at DISH I watched as TWC and other providers including Directv keep streaming and their subscribers in the home.
